Hi! I am Yuyu and will soon be moving out of the WG into my own flat - therefore I'm searching for a new person to move in. :)
Your room is about 15m2 and half furnished: there is a small wardrobe and a coatrack which you can have for free!:)
If you would like to have the curtains - there's a small 'Ablöse' (money paid by incoming tenant to buy up furniture/fittings from outgoing tenant). This would be 20€ for the curtains.
There is also a fixed 'Ablöse' for your part of the WG fridge which is 37,50€
As info: The photos are with all the current furniture in the room. When you move in there will be only the wardrobe, the mirror and the curtains.

Following is all the main info about our WG:
Electricity, heating and internet taxes are paid by one of us and then equally divided.
Each of the rooms have separate tenancy contracts with the Landlord "Vermieter", which gives us a financial security in case someone moves out. Moreover, each of us have different sizes of rooms, but pay the same price. It has always been like this, so we just left it that way.
Our flat consists of:
4 personal rooms;
1 small (7m2), but fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, toaster, pots, pans, etc.);
1 warm bathroom (4m2) with bathtub and a massage showerhead;
1 comfortable WC (1.5m2) connected with a mini storage-room, where our washing machine is placed and where we keep our cleaning products;
1 long hallway (13m2), where our fridge stands and where we keep our food.

Regarding CLEANLINESS...
It's very important for us to keep the WG clean and tidy, therefore, we have a cleaning plan with duties rotating weekly. All of us do our fare share. :) More about that You'll get to know during the meeting.

Regarding PEACEFULNESS...
As we're so many people living in such a small area from different backgrounds, it's our key goal to continue to live in peace and harmony. For this reason, it's expected to clear all the disturbances at the point of them happening. No passive-agressive acts were, are or will be tolerable. :) This being said, we expect You to be a peaceful and open-minded person. :)

Regarding PEOPLE STAYING OVER...
Guests are welcome for as long as Your flatmates are informed in advance. :) Guest can stay one week per month for free. If You want them to stay for longer, You must get a consent from other flatmates and Your guests will need to contribute to the taxes for that period of time. :)
We are an eco-friendly WG, therefore, we separate and recycle trash and use as many as possible eco-friendly products. It's a bit more expensive, but completely worth it. :)
VERY IMPORTANT (!) : SMOKING IS COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN INSIDE OUR WHOLE FLAT AND BALCONY !
If a person wants to smoke, she/he must go outside. Smoking through open window is NOT allowed.

We live only 3 minutes by walk to the nearest tram-station "Goethekreuzung". Nearest bus station is "Humboldtstraße" and it's 2 minutes by walk.
Nearest food shop "Kösem Market" (Turkish food) is 30 seconds by foot, because it's just on the side of the building. :D Other shops, like "Penny" and "Denns" are just 3 minutes away. The same as our tram stop and the main street of Linz - "Landstraße". "Billa", "Bipa", "Hofer" are one more minute away. ;D The main train station is less than 15 minutes away by walk. It's really a perfect place to live in regard to transportation and shopping possibilities.

Regarding NOISE...
When practice instruments at home we will be doing it only at reasonable times (10am to 10pm) and with a lot of respect to each others sleeping times. This also applies to listening to music, watching movies or any other source of possible noise.
