I'm looking for a flatmate - starting from April or May - for a room next to mine, who is hygienic and ethical, preferably also employed.
This is a small flat with basic needs but it's cheap and centrally located! It's less than a minute away from Hauptplatz, right next to the art university (Hauptplatz 6), making it ideal for students.
The flat is approximately 30m2 with two rooms, a small anteroom, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. One room will be available from April 1st, unfurnished (though I can offer my spare mattress :) ) There is a "basement" on the first floor for additional storage. The total cost is €310, including utilities such as electricity, internet etc. The caution is €765.
A bit about myself:
I have a job and alongside it, I'm working on my thesis and other design projects. I'm quiet (and the flat is too), open to changes, friendly, and mostly not at home. I enjoy chatting from time to time, but if you're introverted or not into that, I'm okay with it. :) All I essentially need is a considerate and friendly flatmate who can pay rent on time and is willing to contribute to keeping the place clean as much as possible :)
