The room is approx. 16 square meters The good location and low price would therefore make it an excellent choice for students. If desired, there is even space for a large bed next to the, door and there is still enough space for a desk and wardrobe.
The rom is part of a 4-room apartment in Lipprode and is in a fairly quiet location there is a bus stop and shops are all just a few 100 meters away and can also be reached on foot without any problems. The bus takes about 5-10 minutes to the train station bus meeting point, another bus goes from there directly to the university. Alternatively, the university can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by bike. If you have a car, there are always enough parking spaces available.
In general, life in the WG is quite quiet and comfortable, there aren't really any big parties or the like here.
From time to time there are joint ventures, but usually everyone plans for themselves. Your direct roommate is fully employed, the second the third roommates are not coming anymore just paying and stay away.
The house is currently completely well insulated.
