One room for a student of Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt

Dear Concern,
My name is Md Zulkar Nain Sayeed and I am excited to be joining Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences as an electronic engineering student this winter semester. As I prepare for my studies, I am actively seeking a comfortable and affordable place to live near the campus.

I am hoping that you might have a spare room available for rent. As a tenant, you can count on me to be responsible, respectful, and considerate of your space. I will always keep the room clean and tidy, and will follow any reasonable rules or guidelines that you set out.

I intend to move in on the 1st of September.

In terms of my background, I am originally from Bangladesh and have experience living in shared accommodations with other students while pursuing my high school degree in my home country. I am fluent in English and completed German A1, so communication will not be an issue.
