if you're looking for a modern and cozy student accommodation with very good public transport for a summer or a whole semester: this could be the perfect room for you!
This ensuite (bronze) is available from 29th of May, either for 4 months or even longer. If you want to enjoy London in the summer, or planning to study here in 2023/2024, this ensuite is a perfect choice.
***the rent is £ 199 per week, with a £ 250 deposit. These are set by the landlord***
Numerous shop and takeaway options are right around the corner, as well as the Walthamstow Wetlands and London Underground (Victoria line) / Overground station Blackhorse Lane. The Victoria line is an incredibly fast and frequent service into central London, with trains up to almost every minute.
You'll also benefit from various communal areas in the building, such as study and games room, regular optional free events, reception with parcel service, washing room etc. You'll find further pictures and information on the Mannequin House homepage.
I'd loved staying here, however, I'm moving in together with my girlfriend in June. That is why I am searching for a replacement tenant for this nice room.
Please note that due to landlord rules, you have to be a student for the whole time.

Great park right on the doorstep, as well as a retail park (Tottenham Hale, one tube station away).
Common kitchen with very friendly flatmates who are always up for common activities. Makes it easier to really arrive in this city :)
It is, however, always up to you if you're in - it is absolutely okay to be on your own, there are parties whatsoever in this flat.
