Looking for Flatshare, central, January 2016

Hello, I'm Dommi! I'm moving to Germany from the UK in January 2016 for work. I will be working at an animation studio for 1 year as an art director. My workplace is very central so I would like a place that is max 25 minute walking distance.
Unfortunately I do not speak German but I would definitely love to learn German whilst I am there! I have no gender preferences but a mix or all female would be ideal. I love to both socialise and enjoy quiet time, I'm a very calm person to live with :)
I need to be able to move into a place on January 2nd 2016 as I start work on the 4th. I will be travelling to/from the UK often & have a long distance boyfriend who would like to visit from time to time.
