Looking for a place to rent for the winter semester (starting August)

Hey! I am Agustina, a 22-year-old From Argentina. I came here in March to start the summer semester at Leuphana and ended up deciding to stay for the winter so I am currently looking for a new place to move into. I am looking for a place furnished and with a nice space to do university. Balcony would be nice.
I study graphic design in Argentina and digital media here. I am interested in all kinds of art. I am vegan and enjoy cooking new and different things and usually prefer to cook at home. On my free time you can find me drawing, watching something on Netflix or having a beer (or mate ☺️) with friends at the park. I am not really sporty but recently discovered yoga and I have been really enjoying that. Also I don't go anywhere without my bike.
I value cleaning and a little bit of independence when looking for a living space. I would love to share time with flatmates but also need to just be on my own sometimes.
