We are Liz, Julie & 2 cats. We live in a beautiful old house in Contern with a big garden.

At the moment we've got one room fully furnisched room for rent. It has app. 12qm. The rent is 875€/month all charges included it is available from now until beginning of April and again in june for short term rent.
The second room will be available from mid june, it has app. 22qm. The rent is 975€/month all charges included. This room will only be partly furnished.
Both rooms are available for short term rent.

We also rent our rooms via Airbnb if you want to check out our ad: https://airbnb.com/h/cosyhousegardenfireplace

The house has a large livingroom with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a micowave-oven, a dishwasher and last but not least a coffeemachine. There is a guest-WC downstairs. The rooms are on the first floor as well as the bathroom, which comes with a sauna.
Our garden is protected by a stone wall and you'll be able to find a sunny place when ever.

Contern is situated 10km from Luxemburg city. There are busses to the city and there is a trainstation 3km away. There are a few shops an a petrol station in the village.
