Please read the following it will spare us a lot of questions. Thanks! :)
We are Deborah and Fiora. We live in a beautiful and cozy apartment in Luxembourg city, just next to the Place Dargent/Eecher Plaz.
One room in our 3 bedroom flat share is going to be available on Feb 1st 24. The room is 9sqm and unfurnished, however the current person will probably want to sell his furniture to the next tenant. The room might be small, however it is facing north, which means it never gets too hot during the summer. Please note that the photos of the bedroom are not recent, meaning that today the bed is in a different corner of the room, the wardrobe is different and the current flat mate also has a small desk in his bedroom.
The rest of the apartment consists of two more bedrooms, one kitchen will all the necessary utensils, dishes, etc (we've been living in the apartment for a while now). There is one large living room with a dining table, a couch and a piano. The large window faces south which gives the room plenty of sunlight. There is also one bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine and a separate toilet. There is also space in the attic for storage and a bicycle storage space on the ground floor. The flat is located on the first floor of a 4 floor apartment building without lift.
The building is on a one way street away from the main street which means it is very quiet. The bus stop at Eecher Plaz is 4min walking away and from there, there are direct buses to the city centre, Kirchberg, Limpertsberg, Gare, and many more.
A little bit about us. Deborah is a wood work teacher, lover of music and books. She dances lindy hop once a week. Fiora is a life coach, who loves travelling. She runs regularly but is still very slow :) We speak Luxembourgish, German, English & French.
