Hey you all.
I am a first-year student at FHML studying European Public Health and I am looking for a new flatmate from 01.March 2021 for a fully furnished room (approx. 9m²).
I live in a cozy apartment with a comfortable living room and kitchen. The apartment has 3 rooms with a separate toilet, bathroom, and a washing machine as well as a balcony. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from FHML, 5 minutes walk to Randwyck Trainstation, and 15 minutes by bike to the City Center.
The rent is 495 euros per month and would include rent, internet, and energy/gas. Additional unexpected costs are shared (e.g. garbage fee).

What I am looking for:
I´m looking for a relaxed, communicative, and flexible living situation with someone who likes to spend time together. The shared apartment gives space to hang out in the living room/kitchen. Also, I like it clean but do not have OCD, so should you. Cleaning the apartment once a week to keep feeling comfortable and clean should be fine.
About me:
I'm active like to go to the gym and hang out with friends. I am a positive and happy person.
As much as I enjoy spending time with different kinds of activities I am also a couch-potato who enjoys hanging out, eating a lot, and doing nothing.
