We are looking for reliable, clean and tidy girls. No smokers. No pets. Excellent communication. 15 minutes from the city centre (Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor). Free parking area. Lots of local shops, a chemist’s on the ground floor, a food gallery in the building (butcher’s and cold meats), a wonderful bakery with lots of different types of bread and cakes, and different supermarkets nearby (Mercadona and Carrefour). Several parks to do sport. Very close to Casa de Campo, the biggest public park in Madrid. Various gyms. Plenty of bars in the vicinity. Cheaper area than the city centre.
Three rooms with a bed, two of them with built-in wardrobes and the third one with a JYSK wardrobe. Every room has its own chair, a desk, and a notice board. Really safe. Tube station: Aviación Española across the street. Buses:17, 34 y 39. Owner: Retired University Lecturer. Great Experience with students, especially Erasmus students.
The flat is opposite Aviación Española underground station, line 10, just across the street. This is the best underground line in Madrid with multiple connections to the rest of the lines. This district is fairly cheap, and you can find parks to practise sport and plenty of shops and several restaurants within walking distance. Affordable prices in the area. Lots of buses as well taking you to the very centre of Madrid. Bus number 17 takes you to Plaza Mayor, line 34 to Cibeles and line 39 to Plaza de España. The local railway network has a stop at Las Águilas (C-5 Mostoles El Soto – Fuenlabrada). It’s only 5 minutes away from the flat. This line can take you directly to Atocha Railway Station, for trains to move around Spain and to Mendez Álvaro, the bus terminal, to travel by coach around Spain. The flat is well communicated with Barajas Airport either by underground or by train.
We like young university or master students because they have more things in common and this facilitates living together. As I was a university lecturer, I could offer help about their studies in Madrid, and anything related to the world of education. Having been born in Madrid I can offer advise on the different sights to see in the city. We have had lots of German students in previous flats.
Opposite the flat, there’s a bike depot to hire a bike to move around Madrid. In the flat, you also have a hanger, an iron board, and an iron and a vacuum cleaner. There are four apartments per floor. Six floors in total. The flat is close to N-V, the motorway that takes you to Extremadura and Portugal.
