WG-Zimmer in Madrid Zentrum gesucht

Hi there 🙋🏼‍♀️

I‘m Anna, 21 and looking for a room during my semester abroad at CEU San Pablo in Madrid (beginning of September - end of January)
I‘m currently doing my bachelors in Human Resource Management at Hochschule Heilbronn in Schwäbisch Hall. Originally I come from Villingen-Schwenningen, which is in the south of Germany.
I already studied 6 semesters and have lived in a shared Appartement throughout all 3 years. I really love the concept of sharing a home and having a great time with my roommates.

My preferred districts are Sol, Lavapíes, Chueca, Latina or Chamberí but I’m open to anything, as long as the CEU isn’t too far away. Also the room should have a window (access to natural light) and a heating would be great (friends told me that it’s really cold in Winter in Madrid)

A bit more about myself: I love going out to cafes, bars or clubs and am just really looking forward to get to know this new city with all of it‘s aspects - but I do definitely enjoy and need some chill/quiet time as well.
In my free time I also like to meet friends or do sports. I am in a ski club and I am also a ski instructor, so I normally ski a lot in the winter. Furthermore I am a neat person who attaches great importance to a clean apartment.

I‘m fluent in German and English and also have some good Spanish skills. 😀
My max budget is around 700,-€.
