International student looking for a chill WG

Hey all!

I believe in miracles and therefore write this request in search for a perfect apartment for me :)

My name is Renata and I come from Russia. In late September I will be moving to Magdeburg to complete a bachelor degree in International Business at OVGU. So, I am looking for a long term accommodation.

The past year I have been living in the Netherlands where I also studied and lived in a shared apartment. So I have some experience of living with other people. I am definitely not a conflict person since I try to be flexible and respect other people. This helps me to always keep a positive vibe. I think establishing the sense of community and belonging is important.

I speak English, Russian and a bit German. My German is not so good, but I am very motivated to learn it!

Generally, I am all for balance in every aspect of life. I stick to my routine and habits, but at the same time I am spontaneous. I am serious about studying and like to be productive, but sometimes I spend the whole day just chilling. I am always up for a drink and a good party, but I also need "me" time. So, I can be different and can adapt to situations easily.

Unfortunately I do not have the exact date of arrival to the city yet. So, I’m ready to sign the contract without real viewing. I have enough budget on my blocked account, so that should not ever be a problem. If you wish to get more information from me please let me know.
