need a room from 1st november

I, kundan patil ( mechanical engineer) from India, have got admission at ovgu for systems engineering of manufacturing . I have been struggling to find suitable accommodation since last month. When I came across your apartment I was very impressed and would like to discuss further . I'm currently living in magdeburg at campus tower , universitatplatz 1 39106. I’m looking for a apartment with a long term lease starting from november 1st. I am ready to provide proof of financials and also deposit for the room as written in the description

I love cooking in kitchen also barbeque sometimes and chill with friends, i love to dance and enjoy weekends not a good dancer though. I also love to cook Indian dishes for others and loves cleanliness alot. I am very tolerant about people around me but also need personal space at times . I love playing cricket and badminton occassionally and go for a run.
