Hallo mein zukünftiger Mitbewohner!

Zunächst etwas zu meiner Person. Ich bin Masterstudent an der OVGU im IMME-Programm und bin letztes Jahr nach Magdeburg gezogen. Ich bin eine lebenslustige Person mit einem guten Sinn für Humor, die es liebt zu feiern und zu reisen. Ich spiele und schaue gerne Fußball und Cricket. Ich bin nicht sehr gesprächig, aber ich liebe es, nette Gespräche zu führen und mich mit Menschen auszutauschen. Momentan lebe ich in einer WG, also keine Sorge, ich weiß wie es geht und meine jetzigen Mitbewohner sind auch glücklich mit mir. Außerdem bin ich ein liberaler und toleranter Mensch, der offen für neue Ideen und Erfahrungen ist.

Ich suche ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer WG auf Dauer mit Vertrag. Folgende Faktoren sind mir wichtig:
1) Sauberkeit
2) Entfernung von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle
3) Entfernung zur Universität
4) Gutmütige Mitbewohner

Hello my future flat mate!

A little bit about myself first. I'm a masters student at OVGU studying IMME program and I moved to Magdeburg last year. I'm a fun loving person with a good sense of humor who loves to party and travel. I love playing and watching football and cricket. I'm not very talkative but I love to have to nice conversations and socialize with people. Currently I'm living in a shared apartment so don't worry I know how it works and my current flat mates are happy with me too. Moreover, I'm a liberal and tolerant person who is open to new ideas and experiences.

I'm looking for a furnished room in a shared apartment for long term with a contract. Following factors are important to me:

2) Distance from tram stop
3) Distance from university
4) Good natured flat mates
