Hi everybody, We, Esther and Luis, are looking for a new fantastic flatmate. Our flat has four bedrooms, one half and one full bathroom, a living room in the middle, a fully equipped kitchen, a small but sunny balcony, a storage room, a basement, and some friendly (mostly quiet) neighbors.
The bedroom comes partly furnished (bed, closet and desk) and has 17 square meters. Our landlord takes 500 EUR (plus 50,00 EUR for all utilities) for the room (number 1 on the floor plan; the floor plan is wrong, the bedroom is not connected to the kitchen). The preferred move-in date would be March 15, but this is negotiable.
We live near Marienplatz, in a neighborhood with plenty of bars, bistros, and restaurants around, as well as grocery stores. The city centre is within walking distance, and public transport (both UBahn and SBahn) is close by.
If you have a car, however, this is a quite challenging area to find parking spots!
We are both very laid back and value diversity in our shared flat, so we’re open to all sorts of personalities and look forward to having inspiring (…or just entertaining) discussions with you with some beer, wine, whisky, etc. in our living room or out on the balcony. When our work schedules allow for it, we like to hang out at home together or go out, and have guests over from time to time.
If you are looking for some easy going flatmates and an affordable, nice, clean and quite spacious apartment, email us and we’ll arrange a meeting. If you are currently in some far away area in the world, we are also happy to meet you via skype/zoom. We prefer a roommate who wants to stay in Stuttgart long term and is not just looking for a transitional accommodation.
