Hello Everyone,
We are looking for a nice, friendly flatmate from 1st of August as one of our flatmates is moving out (He is going back to his country forever)
The flat is in a very convenient position. Right down of the house, there is penny and only two minutes walking distance to tram stoppage. It takes two minutes to go to Mannheim Hbf (main station) by tram. If you would like to walk, it takes 5-7 minutes to Main station. There is rhine river and a nice park, 5 mins walking distance from the house. Rewe is 10 min far away from the House. To city center, it takes 10 mins by tram.
The room we are renting is partly furnished. So far there is a big table, a couch, a chair. But, as we have some staffs in the house which we are planning to give away, so if you would like to, you can have them. In the house, we have washing machine, refrigerator and a newly connected internet line.
We have a pretty good neighbors. So you can make party (but each of us will definitely have our own privacy, no one will disturb you). As we both are from Asia, so you can expect a warm welcome from us. We do cook all the time Asian food and you are always welcome to join us.
