Hello,
My name is Henriette and I study Economics at the University of Mannheim. Unfortunately(!!) my time in Mannheim is coming to an end, which means that I have to leave my room in this amazing flat in Jungbusch.
The room is 20 sqm, with a three meter high ceiling and two large windows allowing for lots of daylight.
All the rooms are located in the entrance of the flat, and then we have a long hallway, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and lots of utilities, a large bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing machine and a fridge (for extra space!), and lastly another small bathroom with a toilet. The apartment was recently renovated.
The flat is located in the heart of Jungbusch with direct connections to the tram at Dalbergstraße (2 minutes walk), and also the bus (3 minutes walk) 60 directly to hauptbahnhof from Teufelsbrücke. The flat is walking distance to all the nice restaurants, cafés and bars in Jungbusch and it's honestly an amazing location if you enjoy good food and drinks!
The flat also has a shared roof terrace with tables, chairs and sun loungers. There are only three apartments in the building so you will often find yourself alone on the terrace. All neighbours are very nice!
This shared flat has honestly been the best thing since I arrived in Germany. Together with Lea and Hanna, Jungbuschstraße 3 is probably the coziest, funniest and warmest WG in Mannheim. Lea is 25 years old and studies at the Popakademie, while Hanna is 19 and studies Political Science at Uni Mannheim. More than friends we are like a small family, we cook together, we chill together and we also go out together. We also respect each others private time, and it is honestly a great atmosphere.
Since I am leaving for Norway I would love to sell some of my furniture to the next tenant, like my bed, my drawer, clothing rack, shelves, night stand, carpet, desk and curtains. This we can of course discuss!
