The room is about 18 m^2 and is the smallest in the shared flat. The room faces northeast and receives plenty of sunlight during the day. The house has 140m^2.
The room has lamps, bed, closet, book shelf, small bedside table, study table, large office chair and a fan.
I will rent my room out for 4 months (01.10.2023-31.01.2024) only. City Registration is not allowed.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary - 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hobs. A washing machine is installed in the bathroom.
The location is central in the Schwetzingerstadt.
Tram 6 can be reached in approx.2 minutes by foot, tram 1 in 4 minutes, and bus 60 and 65 in 8 minutes. A NextBike station is 2 minutes away by foot.
Lidl can be reached in 4 minutes, Edeka and an apotheke in 8 minutes, and restaurants, cafes, and bakeries within 10 minutes.

We are looking for a laidback person who would enjoy a community feeling in the house. The flat share is characterized by a casual and relaxed interaction with each other. Since most of us work, we often sit down together in the evening for a beer or a glass of wine. We often also go to bars, for a pub quiz or do breakfasts or BBQs together. Coffee breaks together during working/school hours are also a welcome change. But you can also just close the door and have your peace if you feel like it.
