Hello everyone - I am looking for a flatmate to live with because my current flatmate moved away. I live in a 62 sq. mts apartment in the heart of the city. This extremely convenient and pretty apartment is located in Schwetzingerstadt, 2 mins from the tram station, Werderstrasse. The main station is 7 mins away, and the Paradeplatz and wasserturm and all major shopping areas are located 5 mins away. There is in the vicinity Lidl, Rewe, Edeka. There are also many local shops around, barbers, groceries, fresh vegetable market and also a 24hr getränke market. The room i want to sublet in my apartment is approximately 15 sq mts. is spacious and is already furnished with a bed, desk, chair and a wardrobe. The apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen which doubles up as a living area and also has a washing machine,dishwasher. The living space and kitchen are combined making it easy to have cook, eat and entertain. Its quite airy and has a lot of light with big windows which I love. The building also has a lift. I am looking for someone nice, amiable to enjoy my time together living in this apartment. Do some things together once in a while. The locatation is perfect if you have to get anywhere quickly.
