Your room is fully furnished. (New furniture, the flat got completly renovated this January+February. Everything is new.)
The balcony is really nice as well.
There is a living room with enough space to hang out.
The smaller room cost 400 the middle one is 450 and the big luxerios room 550. And you need 80 € (as student) for the Train ticket to MVV Area. If you are not a Student the Train Ticket to Munich is about 170-240€ per month.
Rent includes: elecricity, water, internet, kitchen (fully equippet with Bosch electronics , dishwasher, 2 fridges, and new plates, dishes, pots...) and the basement usage for bikes and with tabletennis....
Please note, that the house is in Weilheim, about 5-10 Minutes to the train station and from there 30 Minutes train ride to Munich Pasing or 39 Minutes to Munich central station. For more Information and prices of the train please check

Supermarket, cofee bakery and butcher is next door. All shops, doctors, gym, bars shopping center... are less than 15 Minutes by feet (or you can take the bus aswell)

Please note, the place is so cheap for what you get because it is 30 Minutes outside of Munich. It is in Weilheim. (Weilheim in Oberbayern), that is one stop outside of the MVV-Area. The location showen on the Map of WG-Gesucht ist wrong. But I can`t change it.
Distance to Munich pasing is 30 minutes by train and to Munich central it is 39 Minutes (2 stops) with a very good new train with working space on tables and plugs for your laptob...really good train, not S-Bahn.
Train Station is 3-5 Minutes by bike or about 10-15 by feet. (There is also a bus that leaves infront of the house and connects the house with the trainstation)
You need a train ticket wich will cost about 80 per month or 838€ per year for students (The Semesterticket "Isarsemestercard" is not valid for the whole journey) or 200 €-230€ per month/ or about 2010,10€ per year for non students. For more details or weekly prices please check at bahn.de
If you are working and need a ticket, chanches are high, that your employer will support you, just ask them, it is very usuall in Germany).
Besides the distance to Munich it is a great location, as mentioned all shops are close, the center of Weilheim is less than 15 Minutes and the river is about 3 Minutes away. If you love nature you can go walk around, go to the lake, take your bike to explore the area or take the train an go to the alps, about 1 hour. (You can see the alps from the flat)
There will be 6 people in the WG.
I only rent to people that I consider as friendly and nice. If someone is messy and doesn`t respect the others he/she must move out.
Currntly 3 rooms are rented to the hospital and 3 nurces live there.
Cleaning is done by the people living there. There is no housemaid.
(Unless you hire one :)
Internet is 400Mbit.
2 Showers, 2 Toilets,
Shared living room with acces to the balcony.
2 Big fridges.
The neighborhood is good, very low crime rate and fresh air.
The freetime opportunieties are excellent, swimming (lakes are close), hiking, skiing, taking a boat or just strolling the nature or going to the cinema.
