Hello, We have a nice 4-room apartment with approx. 98 square meters in Munich-Untermenzing for rent, within walking distance to the S-Bahn station Untermenzing (S2), where 3 of us live and 1 room is a common room. One of our flatmate is subletting his room for for around 40 days. The apartment is fully furnished.
The apartment is part of a small (nice) community with 6 apartments and is located on the 1st floor. It has bright, high rooms and is south and west facing with the living rooms, kitchen, bathroom and WC facing north. It has a large south-facing balcony/loggia. The floors are newly laid (wood laminate), bathroom and WC are newly tiled, bathtub and shower are also new. Fitted kitchen (not new) is available. There is a large, very spacious built-in wardrobe in the hallway. A private cellar room with approx. 20 sqm, plus communal laundry room and drying room, as well as a bicycle room are located in the cellar. A lot of times we work from home, therefore we expect a quiet environment in the house during the working hours 9am - 7 pm. You can reach out to me for viewing and photos of apartment. Renting only to non-smokers, pets are not allowed.
