Hello,
I'm subletting my 12 m² room for the month of August. The room is fully furnished (twin bed, desk, chair, two lamps, big closet, ...). There is a lot of space in the cupboards to put your stuff. It has a big window so the room has a lot of light during the day.
In the rest of the apartment, you'll find a kitchen (with dishwasher), a big living room, a toilet and a bathroom (that also has a toilet). There's a washing machine in the bathroom. There's also a small balcony accessible from the living room.
Th flat is ideally located : 2 min from the tram, 5 min from the bus. All convenience stores are less than 10 min away by foot. You'll also be 2 min away from the Englischer Garten, where you can enjoy the summer days. It is also really close to the center : you can reach Marienplatz in 15 min in public transports.
You'll be sharing the flat with Julia, an Argentinian who has lived in Munich for two years. She's super friendly, loves working out and hanging out with friends, and she's a great cook ;)
