About the house and room:
It is located in the centre of Munich, 5 mins walking to Sendlinger Tor and 8 mins to Marienplatz.
The room is bright and very big. We also have a little spare room where you can store your stuff.
The room has a bed, chest of drawers two bookshelves, a desk, a mirror and two clothes racks, that would need to be paid before moving in, price 300.
Also the rest of appliances and furniture for the house should be paid before (fridge, dishwasher, washer machine, etc). This is 200.
About you:
You are working, ideally, in your mid-twenties, you are clean, extroverted and easygoing. We are looking for someone who can sign a contract with us for one year!
