Good morning folks,
Did you just got to Munich for a great job opportunity? Are you still looking for a lovely spot in the city?
The location is between Cornelius Bridge and Paulaner am Nockherberg. I can hardly think about a better location, you are at the Isar in 3 minutes, 10 minutes to Gärtnerplatz, as well in 10 minutes you get to the Englischer Garten and 15 minutes for getting to the Viktualienmarkt, finally 20 minutes to Ostbahnhof. ALL THIS ON FOOT!
Public transportation:
- 5 minutes to Fraunhoferstraße (U1, U2, U7, U8)
- 12 minutes to Isartor or Rosenheimer Platz (S-Bahn)
- 1 minute to Schweigerstraße (Bus 52, 62)
- 2 minutes to Mariahilfplatz (Tram 18)
Shopping:
Supermarket, Bio market, drink market, fruit & veggies market, Week market, bakery, ice-cream, post, cafés, pizza, trash bins and kebap is in a 300 meters radius.
The best of it? Although everything's here it rarely gets loud (apart from the church's bell) and noisy, compared to the left-side of the Isar ;P
If you're looking for a WG it probably means that you already had the luck to live in one or two at least 🤠.
If you enjoy the lovely talks and do not just shut your door all day.
If you have high regard of table time with food and wine.
I'm a quite chill person, when the weather is nice I enjoy roaming the city on foot or by bike and I'm usually up for any kind of sport and outdoor activities. When I'm at home, I love to hang around in the kitchen, either cooking or trying to learn new stuff.
Since the WG is quite cozy and it's going to be just the two of us most of the time (friends and family are of course always welcome), it's important that we get along well, may be the noises, sharing, cleaning and working times. Overall communication should be the norm, so that we can feel at home whenever in the WG.
End of rental time is flexible, but a three months stay should be the minimum.
Just drop a few lines about yourself, your job, what brings you to Munich and what's your favorite food and wine.
I'm looking forward to arrange a meeting/visit where we can chat a little, so you can get a chance to see the flat and get to know each other.
