gemütliche Studierenden-WG für September / cozy student flat for september

Heyho 😉,
da ich den September über auf Reisen bin, biete ich mein Zimmer in der Zeit an. Dich erwartet eine voll eingerichtete Wohnung mit netter Mitbewohnerin und guter Lage. Dein Zimmer hat 12qm, einen schönen Parkettboden, viele Pflanzen und eine gemütliche, warme Beleuchtung, wenn du einen ruhigen Abend verbringen willst. Das ich mit großer Begeisterung Maschinenbau studiere und gerne handwerkliche Projekte umsetze wird an der Einrichtung schnell erkennbar 😂 ich hoffe dir gefällt der Geschmack. Abgesehen von deinem Zimmer haben wir ein einladendes Wohnzimmer, welches wir auch als Esszimmer nutzen und natürlich eine feine und kleine Küche und ein Bad. Sonderlich viel Platz ist in der Küche zwar nicht aber Emma & ich kochen trotzdem gerne zusammen darin😊. Selbst unsere stetig wachsende Ansammlung an Gewürzen findet dort Platz, auch wenn wir schon über ein drittes Regalbrett nachgedacht haben 😂.
Zum Haus gehört auch ein Garten, den wir mitbenutzen dürfen. Die ganzen Gartenmöbel sind von dem Pärchen aus dem Erdgeschoss (Sebi & Sophie). Die beiden sind sehr nett und haben sicher kein Problem damit wenn du das schöne Wetter im Garten verbringen willst (Aber natürlich bitte kurz abklären 😉).
Dadurch, dass wir im Gleisdreieck zwischen der S4 und der S8 wohnen, sind wir ziemlich gut angebunden und mit dem Radl ist man auch innerhalb von unter einer Viertelstunde in Pasing, wo man die gesamte Stammstrecke nutzen kann. Man ist also schnell in der Innenstadt, aber bleibt vom Stadtverkehr verschont.
Deine Mitbewohnerin, Emma, studiert Biologie an der LMU. Die große Freude an Pflanzen teilen wir beide und haben dementsprechend auch einige bei uns in der Wohnung. Feminismus, Veganismus & Queerness sind uns ebenfalls wichtig und meine Liebe zu Gewürzen hat vor Emma auch nicht Halt gemacht 😂.

because I'm traveling in September, I offer my room in the time. You can expect a fully furnished apartment with nice roommate and good location. Your room has 12sqm, a beautiful parquet floor, lots of plants and a cozy warm lighting for when you want to spend a quiet evening. I think my interior style shows quite clearly, that I am studying mechanical engineering and like to do DIY projects. 😂 I hope you like the taste. Apart from your room, we have an comfortable living room, which we also use as a dining room and of course a fine and small kitchen and bathroom. There's not a lot of space in the kitchen but Emma & I still love to cook together in it😊. Even our steadily growing collection of spices finds space there (even though we already thought about a third shelf board).😂.
The house also includes a garden, which we can use. All of the garden furniture belongs to the couple from the ground floor (Sebi & Sophie). The two are very nice and I doubt they would have a problem, if you sit on their bench in the garden or similar (But of course please ask them first 😉).
We are well connected to the Munich train system since our flat is between the S4- and the S8 train line, On top of that, Pasing is less than 15 minutes by bike and from there you have access to entire main line of Munich. All of this means, that you are quickly in the city center, but you're spared the city traffic.
Your roommate, Emma, is studying biology at the LMU. We both share the great joy of plants and accordingly have quite a lot in our apartment. Feminism, veganism & queerness are also important to us and my love for spices has not stopped in front of Emma 😂.
