🛏️The room is very nice and spacious, with a private balcony and lots of light. It comes fully furnished as shown in the photos. The room includes everything you see in the picture except for the bed sheets and towels.

🏢The flat is on the first floor without an elevator, and nearby, you have a Rewe (3 mins) and an Aldi (10 mins).
📍The address is Claudius-Keller-Straße 8. It's between Giesing and Ostbahnhof, specifically next to the Karl-Preis-Platz metro station (U-Bahn lines 2 and 7) - 12 mins to the city center. Also lines 145 and 54 come every 5 mins to the English Garden or to the river!
