Temporary rental room
The room is 10 m2 and has a bed, enough place for the clothes on the shelves on the wall for a temporary stay.
The room has a big window with automatic blinds that prevent daylight if needed.
The room is adjoint to the living room however there is sound isolation and it has relatively well coverage, so sleeping in the room is not a problem even if there are some people in the living room.
The move-out date could be extended until October, 14th however it is not possible to convert it into a long stay as the prospective tenant has already been found.
Onto the flat: The apartment is pretty spacious with a beautiful living room and a big balcony. The balcony gives the opportunity to have BBQs and has a view of the mountains. The living room has a projector which offers great movie nights.
The kitchen has everything one can need, including a nice coffee machine and a dishwasher.
There are two toilets and one of them has a bathtub as well.
At the entrance there is a dining area which allows to have cozy dinners in the cold winter.
The location is pretty central, the tram 19 and 21 leave right across the street. Apart from that, the bus X30 goes right in front of the house. In addition to these bus 59 which then connects to line U6 is 5 minutes by walk. Finally, the S1 line is 8 minutes away again by walk.
