My name is Winnie, and I am looking for two persons to occupy 12m² and 16m² rooms in a warm and friendly maisonette. I am 35 years, English native speaker, learning German, a master’s student and working here in Munich. In terms of character, I am open, quiet, and active, but I also like to relax, do sports in gym, and like to meditate, read, and find new adventures to try. In flat sharing, I like people who are direct, open, and considerate of each other.
Two modern and furnished bedrooms, with fully equipped kitchen, including 2 refrigerators. Bathroom with bathtub and two sinks. The TVs are mounted in the rooms and adjustments can be made on the furniture. 2 Bedrooms: Fully equipped, bed (100x200cm to 160x200cm), closet, desk, own satellite connection.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges/freezers.
Bathroom/WC: bathtub/shower, two washbasins
Shared garden, shared laundry room with washing machines in the basement. During summer, the garden offers a great place to relax and do BBQ with friends.
Internet: Connection for up to 1.000 MBit/s is included in the rent. The apartment is not suitable for couples and families. It is rented fully furnished without exception. Smoking in the apartment and house is expressly prohibited.
