WG-Zimmer in 3er WG in Haar

Die WG befindet sich in einer frisch renovierte Wohnung im 3. Stock in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einer ruhiger Wohngegend mit nahgelegenem Wald.
Es sind 5 min Fußweg zum nächsten Edeka, Lidl, Apotheke und Bäckerei. Sowie 7 min Fußweg zur Busanbindung nach Trudering Bahnhof, oder 15min Fußweg zur S-Bahnstation Haar (S6 und S4) (ca. 15min in die Innenstadt von der S-Bahnstation)

The room is located in a newly renovated apartment on the 3th floor in an apartment building in a quiet residential area with nearby forest.
It is 5 min walk to the nearest Edeka, Lidl, pharmacy and bakery. As well as 7 min walk to the bus connection to Trudering train station, or 15min walk to the S-Bahn station Haar (S6 and S4) (about 15min to the city center from the S-Bahn station)

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Studenten-WG.

Ich und Arul wohnen nun seit fast 1. Jahr zusammen in der WG und suchen nun eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in da unsere momentane Mitbewohnerin wegzieht.
Ich (25) studiere Dual Soziale Arbeit und arbeite nebenbei in einen Jugendhaus. Ich schau in meiner Freizeit gerne Animes, lerne Sprachen und gehe im nahgelegenen Wald mit meinem Hund Rio spazieren.

Arul (29) promoviert in Physik an der LMU in Garching. Er spiel gerne Brettspiel, schaut auch gern Animes und kennt die besten Restaurants in München.

Kurze wichtige Info:
Wie schon gesagt habe ich einen Hund in der WG und wir reden auch hauptsächlich Englisch in der WG da Arul noch am Deutsch lernen ist.

Wichtig wäre es mir das dies keine reine Zweck-WG wird, da ich es komisch finden, wenn man sich eine Wohnung teilt und sich trotzdem "fremd" bleibt. Es wäre also schön wenn du auch Lust daran hast, gerne hin und wieder etwas zusammen zu unternehmen oder z.B. abends auch mal bei einem Glas Wein zusammenzusitzen, gemeinsam einen Film schauen oder zusammen kochen. Wichtig ist aber natürlich auch, dass jeder auch den Freiraum bekommt, den er möchte und braucht.

Es wäre schön, wenn du mir in deinem Anschreiben ein wenig über dich erzählen könntest.

Arul and I have been living together in this flat for almost a year now and are now looking for a new roommate, as our current roommate is moving away.
I (25) am studying social work and work in a youth center on the side. In my free time, I enjoy watching anime, learning languages, and going on walks with my dog, Rio, in the nearby forest.

Arul (29) is doing his doctorate in physics at the LMU in Garching. He likes to play board games, also likes watching anime and knows the best restaurants in Munich.

Important side Note:
As I already said, I have a dog in the shared flat and we mainly speak English as Arul is still learning German.

It would be important to me that this is not a pure purpose shared apartment, because I find it strange if you share a living space but still remain "strangers". So it would be nice if you also feel like doing something together every now and then, for example, sitting together in the evening with a glass of wine, watching a movie together or cooking together. Of course, it is also important that everyone gets the freedom they want and need.

It would be nice if you could tell me a little about yourself in your cover letter.

Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, wir können aber darüber reden das Zimmer mit einem Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch auszustatten.

The room is unfurnished but if need be we can discuss furishing the room with a bed, wardrobe and desk.
