Hi, I will be moving out of this room by the end of July and my landlady asked me to find a new tenant. You have to move in by 01.08.2023 or can move in later if you are willing to pay from that date.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, closet, shelf, and bedside table. The pictures are screenshots of the ad when I moved in, but I can send you more pictures of the room in its current state if it helps.

Here are some things I didn't know when I moved in:
1) There is a noise when someone uses the lift, which I found a bit bothering at the beginning, but I stopped noticing it soon.
2) The internet is very stable.
3) You have to eat and keep your kitchen utensils in your room since the kitchen is small.
4) Notice period to leave the room is 2 months. If you leave on short notice, you have to find a replacement too.

Public transportation (U4, U5, S-Bahn, trams, buses), grocery stores (Penny, Lidl, HIT), and gyms (McFit, CleverFit) are all pretty close within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

There are 3 other people living in the WG. They are from Croatia, UK/India and Nigeria, and we communicate in English. They are nice and there are no issues as long as you don't make a lot of noise or leave the common space dirty after use. Cleaning of common spaces is done every weekend by one person, so you have to clean roughly once a month.

Regarding the deposit and the first month's rent, I have asked the landlady when she would like to receive them. I think you should be able to pay them once you move in.
