Hi,
I (Lukas) am renting out my room in the apartment due to a long vacation. (period relatively flexible, so staying until March / April could be an option)
It's a nice, bright room in which I'll leave you everything that's currently there.
Big bed, large clothes rail, etc. nice living room and a cool flatmate Anna.
The apartment is very large and bright with about 105 square meters, and My highlight is our living room with a view of Baldeplatz, over the bridge and river.
With a separate bathroom and toilet in new condition, and all the very spacious rooms and kitchen, we can hardly get in each other's way.
I would describe the facilities as upscale and very well equipped and of course you can use everything.
And our cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks to keep the apartment clean.
My roommate Anna would welcome you, would be happy to Skype with you and maybe you could stay there beyond March.

We are flexible about the move-in date, and we would be happy if you tell us something about yourself (copy paste and international applications are also welcome)
