We have a spacious room in a three person WG available in our flat from the first of September. The flooring is new and was replaced recently. You'd have easily space here for a bed, wardrobe, study desk, a TV and all the essentials you'd need in your room. For the common area, we have a spacious kitchen you would share with the two flatmates, one brazilian and one latvian girl who are young workers in Munich. We also have a cellar and a parking space for bikes in our garden.
The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, and super well located south of the Munich city center. Glockenbachviertel, the Isar, Theresienwiese, and other incredible nightlife options are reachable by foot. The U3/U6 station is at the end of the street, and from there you can reach Marienplatz in two stops and the Universitaet in four.
We are looking for a nice and organized flatmate that is a student or a young worker and enjoys life in the city, and having dinner and a few drinks together every now and then. Our flat is also a safe space for LGBTQIA+ and international expats. Please refrain from applying if you are racist, xenophobic or homotransphobic.
