The whole space is 90sqm and it includs 2x sleeping rooms (on the east side) with direct view to the quiet backyard. Each sleeping room has its own bathroom/wc offering total privacy. If you are a couple, the small room can be turned into an office room.

The spacious living room (on the west side) is the highlight of the apartment. It overlooks to amazing daily city sunsets 🌇. The living room is an open space including a kitchen, a dining space and a balcony (40m2). It includes all the furniture and is perfect for working and resting.

Since the apartment has a high value in location, interior design and furniture / appliances quality, it is thought for those who value and appreciate a quiet home and high standard.

Please be sure it is NOT a student-WG for party !!!

The rent price for sharing the apartment will vary according to the sleeping room (incl. bathroom):

- 1.500,- € big room + WC/bathroom/ shower / wardrobe
(ca. 30 m2)

- Deposit 3.500 € per person

If you want to rent the WHOLE apartment as a couple, you can use the small room as an office room.

The TOTAL rent amount is
- 2.950,- € (WITHOUT parking)
- 125,- € (underground large parking fee)

The apartment would be available starting August 25th.

The rental period of 6x months could be extended up to 12 months upon agreement.

Ideally you are an international FEMALE NON-Smoker working professional, PhD/MBA Student/Intern staying for a limited period.

The flat is centrally located with a direct access to public transportation, the middle city ring and everyday needs. It is located in downtown close by (4min walking) the S-Ban station Hackerbrücke (100meters to a tram station and 10 min walking to the U-Bahn station) and the Tech Hub (google, salesforce, check-24,...). The neighborhood is quiet and charming between a modern and old neighborhood with multiple shops and restaurants.

The LARGE commonly shared space makes this apartment so SPECIAL. It includes a TV-Living room, open kitchen with dining area and a nice balcony. The whole appartment and rooms have huge windows and are bright! You wake up with the sun ☀️ and enjoy afternoon a beautiful city sunset 🌆. All high end home appliances (Miele, Bora, Sony TV, etc.) and running costs (Electricity, water, heating, 200 MB Wifi, GEZ, etc.) are included in the rent and for shared usage.
