Beautiful flat share available for rent:The apartment is located in the Maxvorstadt district. It is a rather quiet part of the city with nice cafes and restaurants. There are some shops nearby, the closest being Edeka (130m), Rewe (400m) and Netto (400m) Rossman (400m) and DM (400m). The apartment is next to the underground station "Josephplatz" U2. Central station can be reached in 5 minutes by underground.
Flatshare Type
The apartment is a 3-person flat share. Briefly about Elsa: she is 25 years old and completing her master’s degree at the TU. She does a lot of sport in her free time. Briefly about Freddy: he is 24 years old and studies law. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and doing general sports. Both are very open and absolutely lovely. They are always available for a beer / wine. The order and cleanliness in the apartment is quite important. For the shared rooms they therefore find a basic order and a cleaning schedule important (about 1 / week). Fortunately, there is a dishwasher and washing machine! :)
