Room in friendly, well connected WG form 01.03

Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate, to move in from the first of March! The room is 12sqm, on the second floor of the building, and the contract is a minimum of 6 months (12+ is ideal). We are looking for a friendly and clean(ish🤭) roommate. You will also have access to your private balcony. We speak English, Spanish and German, and English is the main language of the flat but we are always looking to improve German (Rick and Toby are C2 and C1 German respectively, and Em can order coffee!) We are around 20 minutes from the city center by U-Bahn, a 5 min walk from the U1/U7 and a 7 minute walk from U3. There many shops located nearby, the closest supermarkets are REWE (8 Mins) and Norma (4 mins) You will be living with:

Em: Hi! I’m 22 years old, and in the final year of my masters degree in Geobiology and Paleobiology at LMU! I’m from the UK, and love to travel! I also run, practice yoga, love to watch movies and bake, and go vintage shopping. I love music, and play guitar as well! I love meeting new people, and having new experiences!

Rick: Heyyy. I‘m 19 years old and am currently learning German, while also studying to get into 1st year of Uni. Will move out soon, which means you won‘t have to live with me for too long ;)). I enjoy cooking and going out to eat, although I‘ll never say no to a Netflix & Chill night…

Toby: Hi! I’m 20 years old, and currently in Munich for my placement year as part of my uni course. I’m also from the UK, like Em, and enjoy baking bread, photography, and doing the occasional bike ride (weather depending!) I speak German as well as English, so would love to be able to practice!

Zimmer in freundlicher, gut vernetzter WG
Hallo! Wir suchen nach einem neuen Mitbewohner, der ab dem 01.03 einzieht. Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss des Gebäudes. Die Mindestlaufzeit des Vertrages beträgt 6 Monate (12+ wäre ideal). Wir suchen einen freundlichen und sauberen Mitbewohner. Du wirst auch über einen privaten Balkon verfügen. Wir sprechen Englisch, Spanisch und Deutsch. In der Regel reden wir auf Englisch, obwohl wir immer versuchen, unser Deutsch zu verbessern (Rick und Toby können exzellentes Deutsch, und Em kann einen Kaffee bestellen!) Die WG befindet sich ungefähr 20 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum mit der U-Bahn. Wenn man zu Fuß 7 Minuten läuft, erreicht man die Georg-Brauchle-Ring Station (U1/U7). Liefe man 9 Minuten, erreicht man das Olympia-Einkaufszentrum und dessen U-Bahn Station (U1/U3). Es gibt 2 Supermärkte in der Nähe, Rewe (8 Min.) und Norma (4 Min.). Du würdest mit den folgenden Personen leben:

Em: Hi! Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und im letzten Jahr meines Masterstudiums in Geobiologie und Paläobiologie an der LMU! Ich komme aus Großbritannien und liebe Reisen! Ich renne auch, mache Yoga, schaue gerne Filme und backe. Ich liebe vintage shopping und Musik, und spiele auch Gitarre! Ich liebe es, neue Leute kennenzulernen und neue Erfahrungen zu machen!

Rick: Heyyy. Ich bin 19 Jahre alt und lerne im Moment Deutsch, während ich mich auch auf das Studienkolleg vorbereite. Ich werde bald ausziehen, was bedeutet, dass du nicht zu lange miz mir leben musst ;)). Ich koche gerne und gehe aus zum Essen, obwohl ich nie nein zu einer Netflix & Chill-Nacht sagen werde...


Toby: Hi! Ich bin 20 Jahre alt, und bin momentan in München für mein Uni-Praktikum im Marketing-Bereich. Ich komme aus Großbritannien, wie Em, und genieße es, Brot zu backen, Fotografie und ab und zu Fahrrad zu fahren (wetterabhängig!). Ich spreche Deutsch sowie Englisch, deshalb würde ich sehr gerne die Chance haben, es zu üben!
