I offer two rooms, both of 13 square meters roughly. The apartment has been renovated recently. The rooms are furnished (single bed, wardrobe, nightstand) and all the furniture is less than one year old. One room is exposed to south, on the street, the other is exposed to North. on the internal courtyard. Both rooms have laminate floor. The kitchen and the dining room are fully equipped, and I always look to expand the kitchen utilities. There is also a basement, convenient to store stuff you don't plan to use every day.
Offro 2 stanze di circa 13mq. L'appartamento è stato rinnovato di recente. Sono disponibili 2 stanze, arredate (letto, armadio e comodino). I mobili sono nuovi, appena comprati. Una è esposta a sud, affaccia sulla strada; l'altra a nord sul cortile interno. I pavimenti delle due stanze sono in laminato.
La cucina e la piccola sala da pranzo sono invece attrezzate e sono sempre in cerca di una nuova pentola o un nuovo elettrodomestico da aggiungere. C'è anche la cantina, buona per conservare cose che non si usano tutti i giorni.
The apartment is located just in front of Georg Brauchle Ring Ubahn station (U1/7). In less than 10 minutes of walk you can reach Olympiaeinkaufzentrum (OEZ) ubahn station (U1/3/7/8) and a handful of bus lines (20,50,60, 143,163,171,175). In this range you find many supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, Netto, Aldi) and the already mentioned OEZ, which covers well more than the common necessities. Again in 10 minutes, you can reach the the Olympiapark, to have a walk amid trees.
L'appartamento è davanti alla fermata della metro di Georg-Brauchle-Ring (U1/7). In 10 minuti a piedi potete raggiungere la fermate dell'Olympiaeinkaufzentrum (OEZ) e alcune linee di bus o tram (20,50,60,143,163,171,175). Sempre nel raggio di 10 minuti a piedi vi sono diversi supermercati (Edeka, Lidl, Netto, Aldi) e il già menzionato OEZ, che penso copra la maggior parte delle necessità. Sempre in 10 minuti a piedi, potete raggiungere l'olympiapark.
I'm Giampiero and I'm a PhD student working fulltime at Huawei as hardware engineer and I'm also the main tenant, the contract will be with me. During my free time I enjoy tv shows, movies, videogames, book as indoor activities, basketball and table tennis outdoor. I'm not a skilled a chef, but I try cooking quite often.
I think it's important in flatshare, to actually share a few moments once in a while. It may be having dinner together with variable frequency or playing something together, but I think it's an unmissable requirement for a pleasant cohabitation.
The other tenant is Vivana , who will leave the apartment in mid April.
We often have meals and coffee breaks together.
Obviously, each room is sacred and a closed door means that nobody is allowed to bother you.
Sono un dottorando, lavoro a tempo pieno in Huawei come ingegnere hardware e sono il principale affittuario, il contratto di affitto verrà stipulato con me. Nel tempo libero, in casa, guardo serie tv e film, leggo libri, gioco ai videgiochi. All'aperto, mi piace giocare a basket e ping pong. Non sono un bravo cuoco, ma ci provo abbastanza.
Credo sia importante in un appartamento condiviso, condividere davvero qualche momento insieme. Può essere la cena, tutte le sere o una volta ogni tanto, o fare una partita a qualcosa insieme, ma credo sia indispensabile per vivere bene insieme.
L'altra inquilina si chiama Viviana, e lascerà l'appartamento a metà di Aprile
Spesso mangiamo insieme o prendiamo il caffè.
Ovviamente, la propria stanza è sacra, e se chiudete la porta, nessuno vi deve scocciare.
