A cozy room (15mq)is available in a three person WG. Rent is 767 + side costs. the room is available starting fom March 1st 2024 for 6 months. If we get along the contract could be extended.
Pics of the furniture could be shared.
The room will be furnished with a double bed, a working desk, and a wardrobe. You also need to buy the furniture in the room. You can bring your suitcase and move in directly :)
The WG: the apartment is in a very central location, on the first floor, no lift. Our kitchen is our common room. There is a long equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, microwave, rice cooker) and storage space. We also have a washing machine.
Ps: We are creating this WG together. We are still on the moving period that's why we couldn't post the kitchen and bathroom yet. But the current pictures will be sent if you are interested and we are in contact :) We used to live together in another flat, now we are moving everything to the new one and creating our own space, and you are most welcomed to join us and be a part of it! :)
The apartment is very well connected. It's located right on Nymphenburger Strasse. It's 1 min walk to Mailingerstrasse U1 stop, and 5 min of ubahn ride to Hauptbahnhof. At 2 minutes walk, there is dm and REWE, and some nice restaurants, a bakery and a apotheke. At 4 min walk (down the corner), there is a bus, 153 which takes you to Universitat (15 mins), Odeonsplatz. Edekas are also 15 minutes away.
Hey there! I am Bea, 29, from Milan I I first moved to Munich two years ago for various internships and now I am working full time in digital/ecommerce in a fashion company.
Your other flatmate is Zeynep, 25, from Turkey and she is studying management and technology at TUM and working in sales/marketing.
We love to cook together, occasional Sunday mimosas and movie nights, so we'd like our new flatmate to join us. We would like someone nice, respectful, clean and who wants to spend some time together when feasible (cooking, wine / beer or just a chat).P.s english language is a must :) since our German skills are really basic
