Hello/Hallo!
I am leaving Munich untill the end of this year and I am looking for an uncomplicated, friendly, clean person to take over my bedroom from mid of September.
You will get a chance to experience an unique atmosphere of an international shared flat and you can hang out with nice, open minded people from Korea, Germany, Greece, Spain and United States.
The flat itself is consisting of two floors, with bathrooms on each floor, so there is usually no problem with bathroom times. The room is located on the down floor and completely furnished and ideally equipped for home-office (bed, desk, wardrobe, armchair, fridge.)
The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, microwave, thermomix, coffee-machine...washing machine & dryer are also available.... - we have everything you need!
Public transport connections are excellent: Tram number 20/21 (also night tram) every 5 mins. The stop "Borstei" is just opposite our house. Underground station "Westfriedhof" (U1)
is 200m away.
Location close to the old pub district (Gern/Rotkreuzplatz).
Situated between Olympiapark and the Nymphenburg palace - great opportunities for spending free time, doing sports, etc...
The Dantebad is right behind the house.
Shopping oportunities are good: Lidl and some other small shops are very close by.
We are 7 people in total. Yes, 7! :D
As you can imagine, it´s basically impossible to feel alone in a flat like this. We like to go out together and hang out in the kitchen to cook, watch TV or just drink something. Of course friends are always welcome!
We are definitely not a "Zweck-WG". On the other hand we do respect people's privacy and spaces. It is the perfect combination!
But most importantly: we take care of each other and that is priceless :)
If you are interested please send us a message and describe yourself (what you are doing in Munich, your age, hobbies etc.). The room will be available from the end of may, so in case you need to move in 2 days earlier it wouldn't be a problem.
