Hello!
due to an Erasmus-semester in Valencia I am leaving this wonderful flat for almost five months. The flat is looking for an uncomplicated, friendly, clean person to take over my bedroom in this period. The room is completely furnished (bed, matrace, desk, wardrobe, armchair, display, guitar...).
It's a two floors apartment, with bathrooms on each floor, so there is usually no problem with bathroom times.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer.... - we have everything you need!
Location close to the old pub district (Gern/Rotkreuzplatz).
Situated between Olympiapark and the Nymphenburg palace - great opportunities for spending free time, doing sports, etc...
The Dantebad is right behind the house and the Olympia Schwimmhalle is only ten minutes by bike!
Shopping oportunities are good: Kaufland, Edeka and some other small shops are very close by.
We are 7 people in total. Yes, 7! :D
We are a mix of various nationalities and you will get the chance to experience a unique international atmosphere.
If we find a time slot we love to cook or just spend some time together in the kitchen, occasionally we go out together. Of course friends are always welcome!
We are definitely not a "Zweck-WG". On the other hand we do respect people's privacy and spaces. It is the perfect combination!
