Hello,
we will be traveling from June 1 - 22, and have decided to sublet the guest room in our apartment for the month of June to help cover the costs. So, dear subletter, you‘ll have the place to yourself for three weeks, and for the final week of June you‘ll be sharing the flat with us.
The guest room is about 25 square meters and is furnished with a bed, desk, clothings racks and shelves. Internet is included in the rent, as are utilities. Obviously, you are free to make use of all common spaces such as the bathroom/toilet, kitchen (including appliances, dishes, etc.), and lovely balcony. Additionally, there is a laundry room in the basement with a washer, dryer, and drying racks that you are free to use.
The room is quite cozy and looks out onto the balcony and the giant chestnut tree in the garden beyond.
We‘re very conveniently located:
- 5 minute walk to Tegernseer Landstraße tram stop
- 8 minute walk to U2 Silberhornstraße
- 10 minute walk to U1 Wettersteinplatz
- 2 minute walk to Rewe supermarket
- 2 minute walk to Netto supermarket
- 5 minute walk to the „Hochleite“ wooded walking path, which is a lovely place to go jogging
Our only requirement for a subletter is that the person be respectful of our neighbors, flat, and belongings— and all fellow human beings.
