I'm leaving my room in a beautiful WG in June and looking for a new tenant on behalf of the landlord.
This is a private room in a 3er GIRLS ONLY WG in the ground floor of a two-storey house. Located in Pasing and available from June onwards.
The room is quite big (16sqm, but trust me, looks very spacious) one facing a beautiful garden with private access to the garden. The room is fitted with a pretty huge wardrobe, a single bed, a dresser, and desk/chair.
Among the shared rooms is a huge 20sqm+ living room with TV, dining table, armrest chairs, and even a massage chair. The living room faces the garden and has an entry to the garden too! There's also a toilet, a bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath tub, and a kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher fridge space! All utensils that are needed are already available. Washing machine and dryer available in the basement, they are free to use.
Please send a nice description of yourself, what your expectations are, when would you like to move in and how long you plan to stay, along with your contact details. Ideally, move in date of June 1 and minimum stay of one year will be preferred.
Location
--> 5 minutes via bus 160 to Pasing Bf, where you have all the grocery stores, DM, and clothing stores too (Pasing Arcaden). Rathaus Pasing for KVR registration and major banks also just 5-6 minutes away.
--> 12 minute walk to Westkreuz Bf and a shopping center there as well
--> 5 minute walk to the lovely Pasinger Stadtpark
In total, takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the city

You'll be sharing the house with an Indian and an Italian. Indian is a PhD student and the Italian works for Ducati. Both are between 21-26 years old though the Italian will also be moving out soon.
