Standort: Im Dachgeschoss eines 3-stöckigen Wohnhauses im Oskar-Maria-Graf Ring in Neuperlach.
-1 Km bis U-Bahn (Neuperlach Zentrum) - kann leicht zu Fuß oder auch mit sehr häufigen Bussen erreicht werden. Oder ~1,5 Km von der S-Bahn von Neuperlach Süd.
-Nur 2-3 Gehminuten von ALDI und LIDL und anderen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs.
-Sehr nah (~1Km) an Perlacher Wald, Europäische Schule, FITX Fitnessstudio, PEP Einkaufszentrum, Klinikum Neuperlach, Siemens Neuperlach, S-Bahn, U-Bahn....
-Die Wohnung ist ruhig, im Dachgeschoss, mit einer WFL-Fläche von insgesamt 110 Quadratmetern.

Location: In the top floor of a 3 story apartment block in Oskar-Maria-Graf Ring in Neuperlach.
• 1 Km to U-Bahn (Neuperlach Zentrum) - can be easily walked or can also be done using very frequent buses. Or ~1.5 Km from S-Bahn of Neuperlach Süd.
• Just 2-3 minutes walk from ALDI and LIDL and other convenience stores.
