I hope you're having a great day :)
I am posting this offer because we are now looking for new roommates, 2 rooms will be free in the house in which I am living, along with my boyfriend and another guy that just moved in. I am Spanish, my boyfriend in French but grew up in Munich, and the other guy is Argentinian. So, as you see, a pretty multicultural WG! :P We are all working at the moment.
- Location: The house is located in Ramersdorf-Perlach, in a quiet residential area, close to Ostpark (15-20 minutes walking distance). The bus 55 stops in a 5 minutes walking distance from the house, and it takes 10-15 minutes to reach Ostbanhof, or 5 minutes to reach the U-bahn of NeuPerlach-Zentrum, if you take it the opposite way.
- Room description: The rooms are pretty similar from each other, fully furnished and perfectly suitable for home office. There is a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, an office chair, a screen and shelves. One of the rooms has a balcony with direct views to the garden.
- House description: The house has a garden (which we really use during summer, organizing BBQs for example), a living room (that can be used by all the tenants), a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, 4 bedrooms and a basement.
- Others: We really like to spend time with our flatmates playing board games (specially during winter), which is why we have the living room as a common space. Also, as this is a shared house, we shared some cleaning duties that will have to be respected. Therefore, we are looking for someone who would respect the well-being of the people he/she would be living with (specially when it comes to cleaning and noise). Lastly, I have to mention that this past summer I adopted a dog, which is now 11 months, and is living in the house.
