13m² Room available in a 3 person WG for 6-7 months starting from 01-February
We are searching an amazing flatmate to sublet a room for around 6 months (flexible) in a 3 person WG, starting on February.
The super cozy 13m² room in which you are going to be leaving has only a wardrobe included. Besides that, is not furnished so you will need to get your own bed but if you need we can help you with getting some other stuff.
In the kitchen there is a gas cooker, dishwasher fridge and enough shelves for your food.
There is a shared toilet for 3 with a bath and loo. There are also enough places in the corridor for beer crates, jackets, shoes and so on.
Location
The flat is directly in front of the Ubahn Station Hohenzollerplatz ( if you walk fast enough timed to 2 mins) with the U2 and enough buses and trains to travel anywhere in the city.
Also is just 10 minutes walking distance is Münchner Freiheit, where many bars and cafes are open. The WG is located in the heart of Schwabing, with many restaurants, bars and more. Moreover, just 15 minutes by bike is the famous Olympia Park for hanging around or doing sport.
The WG is a chill easy life, but we love doing things together.
In the WG you will find Carlos, a super friendly Brazilian guy. His room is the biggest and where we usually meet to hang around and and do dinners.
We usually cook together or go somewhere close for beers, but since we work during the week, respect each others privacy and quite time is also important.
We would love to find a cool person who can chill with us and have a nice time in the WG, but could also look forward to come after moving out sometimes for dinner or parties :)
PS: we know the period of time is not that long and sorry we cannot offer more, but we are really flexible with the dates for moving in and out and help you with the room search if you want..
