Hello Munich,
Our roommate Teresa is sadly leaving to pursue her professional career in Denmark, so we (Carlos from Mexico & Firas from Germany) are looking for a roommate for our WG. We are both young professionals who just turned 30. We like sports such as football, volleyball, hiking and F1, we are also fans of good food & wine and enjoy talking about life.
The room is 12sqm, fully furnished including new bed and mattress with 6 months of use, it has a desk and a nice balcony to the south of the city.
The apartment is located in beautiful Schwabing in a tower next to the Luitpoldpark and Petuelring Ubahn. The view from the balconies is amazing, to the south you have the Alps and on the west you have beautiful sunsets to the Olympiapark. The flat has the 3 sleeping rooms, a kitchen, a common area and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Life in the WG is quite chilled, both Carlos and Firas often travel for work, but when we are at the flat we like to cook together, drink a glass of wine and have the occasional WG parties every 2 months or so (not a party WG though). We also appreciate our alone time during the week. We don't smoke, but we don't mind if you do on your balcony.
We are looking for a nice, sociable and clean person who is at the beginning of his/her professional life or at a later stage of studies. Please send a quick introduction about yourself, your hobbies and why you think you would be a good fit for our WG.
