Hello everyone,
We are renting a 10 m2 room with a large front window and a small balcony with a great view over the city. The room is available from the 1st of June 2021 for an unlimited period (and not for subletting). The room is furnished (bed, desk, shelves, table, etc.). Whereby the furniture is ideally bought by the new tenant. A large built-in closet located in the hallway can also be used for the benefit of the room tenant. I addition to a second large balcony overlooking Olympia Park and the rest of the city, the apartment is equipped with a modern furnished kitchen and bathroom/shower. A freezer and a cellar compartment can also be used.
-The exact location of the building is Schleißheimer Str. 274.

The flatshare is characterized by its cozy, chill, simple and uncomplicated living atmosphere. Flat mates are; Marinus (28), works in the residential financing industry and is an enthusiastic athlete and a sports team coach. Manuel (24), Final year college student and currently training as a mechanical engineer. Due to their jobs and vacations, they frequently travel during the week and normally happy to take an evening off for a nice chat or a free time activity. They are super friendly, and respectful. In addition, they both speak German and English.
