Well-designed and very bright room with everything that one may need, including all additional costs and internet. The room faces east with a private 4th floor balcony on the quiet garden of the building. In the room there is a queen-size bed, a big wardrobe, a bedside table, a desk with chair and a chest of drawers, etc.
The apartment, renovated a few years ago is on the upper floor of a residential building in Westendstraße. It offers a total of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom on approx 64 sqm.
From the spacious hallway with good storage facilities you can access to the rooms as well as the open-plan living/dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
All windows have been renewed in 2-fold insulated plastic finish. In the rooms there is parquet floor or Laminate. The apartment is assigned a cellar compartment and is provided by a communal used washing and drying room as well as a bicycle room in the basement.

The apartment is located in the Westend near Westpark. Directly in front of the main entrance of the building, the tram stops at the stop "Fachnerstraße" and easily brings you towards Hauptbahnhof, the U4/U5 Westendstraße station is only a few minutes' walk (700m), and the U6 "Westpark" is also close.
Rewe, Penny and a Pharmacy are at walk distance and two bigger supermarkets (Hit or Lidl) are also in the area.
The entire apartment was renovated and freshly furnished when I moved in ca. 1 year and a half ago.
I am leaving this amazing shared-flat and aside from the amazing balcony and the bright and cozy room, I will definitely miss my roommates.
Leo is a kind American guy who is finishing is Master at TUM. He lived with me in the flat since the very begging and he has always been very caring and considerate. Gonçalo joined more recently to work in a company and he is the kindest and funny Portuguese guy ever. We all like to have our own privacy and we are very respectful of others spaces and needs, but we do enjoy also to have dinner together, do nice activities on the weekends, playing sports and games.
The atmosphere is very chill and you really feel home.
P.s. the guys would prefer a female just so that the flat doesn’t become an only man’s club but they would be also very happy of interviewing other guys interested :)
