Big Room in Flat with two flatmates to rent from 01.01.2023. We study UI Design and Medicine, we are 29 and 27 years old.

Note: This room is available for singles and couples both.
The room is around 30 square meters + 12 square meters of slanted ceiling and the biggest in the apartment. You will have a sink of your own in the room. The room will be furnished with a bed, a cupboard, side table and a lamp. This room receives ample amount of sunlight. Also, you get a good view of the city as well as the Alps from the room's window.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. So you should always be willing to climb up the stairs. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, oven, fridge, utensils and all the necessary basic equipment.
Warm rent will come down to 800 euros (includes radio tax, internet, electricity and heating).
The deposit for the room is 1.512,00 Euro.
The location is very central. Closest U-Bahn station Implerstrasse is around 400 meters from the apartment. Poccistraße and Harras (also S-Bahn) U bahn stations are also around 700 meters away. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment. Marienplatz is ~2.5km away and there are several supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Edeka) just around the corner.
You will share the apartment with 2 flat mates (Indian and German Guy). Rahul is studying UI Design and Konstantin is a 10th semester Medicine student at LMU.
We're both easy going. WG life allows for enough nice chats but also enough private space.
The kitchen is big enough to have people over :)
