Free room in a shared appartment in München from 01/08/2022.
Hey! I'm Víctor Jiménez and I'm a physics student from Barcelona. Sadly, my 5-month Erasmus stay in the city is over in july and my room is free for rent!
The room is located in an appartment in Trudering, a nice quiet place with good connection to the city and grocery stores:
- Walking (10min): Edeka, Lidl, bäckerei, gym, praxiszentrum, restaurants.
- U2 Kreillerstrasse, bus 139...
- Tram 21/N19(night) to the city center in 25 min.
The appartment is nice and cozy, and the 2 flatmates are really nice and willing to have a great time together. Both of them are university students too, so your lifestyles will match perfectly.
The room is completely furnished, with window, wardrobe, table and chair (not in the picture). It has a big window and heating for the winter.
PRICE: 595€/month (Kaltmiete := all expenses are included)
